At my boyfriends hockey game today I ate a hot dog that didn't agree with me at all. I was puking moments after eating it. It was a really gross blue/green color(think the color of a pool if you don't clean it). I had to leave the game and go home and I kept puking up this wierd colored puke for a good two hours.
The worst part is that I had to make up a stupid excuse to not see him because I fear what he would think of me. xD

Timeline & Questions.
I've posted a couple times in the past, and I've had a pretty extensive love/hate relationship with dyes and cuts for some time now. I think I'm coming out of my hate stage, after not dying it for a bit. Two years maybe? I'm ready for something new, but I feel fresh out of ideas (that would look decent on me). I always fall back into reds, but I'm an open mind. Opinions? :)

STRAIGHTENER
My straightener has pretty much bit the dust,
so this is the part where I depend on advice from all you beauty experts :]

Do you have a straightener that you just LOVE?
What's your suggestion on what kind of straightener I should buy?

Side notes:
- I have naturally wavy hair which I have trouble getting to stay straight all day
- As of now I have no price range picked out, so price is not currently a factor

Updated video driver = problems
So, I updated my video driver...and installed glamor life.

I have all EP's up to Freetime and have glamor life, mansions and gardens, celebration, family fun, h&m stuff packs.

I can't open my game in full screen mode any longer. And when I open it in window mode...it inevitably crashes.

I've tried searching this problem out but can't really find anything.

Any suggestions?

I have been letting juicy, wet farts all day. I don't exactly know why, I haven't eaten anything terribly adverse this weekend, but they're just rank as of late.

so, here I am, lounging in bed, just hanging out in a t-shirt and my boxer briefs, internetting on my laptop, and I'm letting out huge farts...which are somehow immediately picked up and spread around my bedroom by my ceiling fan. holy shit, nothing like fresh fart slapping you in the face! blargh!

just thought I'd share...it certainly makes me laugh if nothing else.

hey ladies! so ive been on a quest to find something to try and FINALLY get clear beautiful skin. not even going to try to list everything ive used. but recently i got a small sample of Aveda (i LOVE everything aveda, and have no idea why i havent tried their skin line before) Green Science perfecting cleanser and within two days i really think its helped clear up my skin and i have no new zits. but since its only been 2 day im thinking placebo effect. anywho...

My corduroy dilemma
I bought these pants today

and I like them. But after bringing them home I've run into the same problem I always have with cords...what kinds of shoes do I wear with these? For some reason I find cords so difficult to pair with shoes. Another problem is that I usually like my pants to be a little long, so half of my shoes are usually covered anyway, but these aren't that long on me, so the shoe actually has to look good lol.

Suggestions?

and I said
"I WANT TO GO TO THERE."

So I changed my dinner plans and headed over and enjoyed two of the stouts, along with a beautiful white bratwurst on pretzel, liver dumpling soup, beer batter fries, and perogies.

Cut it all off?
Hey so I'll keep this short and sweet. I'm looking to cut my hair, I'm not a person who styles their hair very much--I just straighten out my side bangs and then let the rest curl. I love having curly/wavy hair and would say my 'signature style' would be a natural-messy style. I rarely put up my hair in a pony tail. I also find that my hair matts up at the back of my neck creating this one huge dread. Its pretty unsightly.

Alright so I've had the layered side bang thing for over a year and I want something really different. I am emotionally attached to the length and have never dyed it in my life. My hair also happens to be crazy thick, which is why layers are a life saver. I want something unique and edgy I suppose is what I'm looking for. Bring on the layers, bangs, and pictures.( here )

Has anyone here used "Bio oil" for treatment of scars and/or stretch marks? (I have both)
I recently bought some and the package says to use it for a minimum of 9 months to see results, but I don't want to keep paying for it if it's not going to work.

in the tradition of trashy dinners...
I was going to make some stroganoff "hamburger helper" (sav a lot store brand) but I got lazy halfway during the defrosting process.

So I threw a fettucini alfredo tv dinner into the microwave, opened up some off brand chili (no beans), threw that in a bowl, added a metric crap ton of shredded cheese and nuked till melted and hot.

then I mixed the fettucini into the bowl and....

i really, really, really want to buzz my hair. about 1/4 inch.

what was it like, other than your head being colder?
how long did it take to grow out to a pixie-ish length?
was it annoying to deal with while growing out, as in keeping it looking sorta neat?
my natural color is pretty flat - did you dye it? was it hard to keep dyed?
how did others react?
do you regret it, or was it enjoyable?
